Chase Hines Commits to Lindsey Wilson College
From Mike Carruth at BMXnews.com, “SE/HBR Factory Ace, Chase Hines is the latest BMX star to choose Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Ky to start their journey down the path of higher learning. Chase will join already-in-progress students Weston Pope, Logan Collins, Allie Dragoo and Madison Pitts when he reports in the fall.
Lindsey Wilson has been gaining popularity with BMXers for their robust cycling program, where they get to strut their stuff on MTB and road bikes, which proves to be great training for BMX. A dedicated BMX track on the grounds of the school is currently in the works, under the capable eye of coach David Grigsby.
We’ll have more on Chase, and the Lindsey Wilson program in general in a future report. Mostly, we just wanted to give a big BMXNEWS congrats to Chase and his family (shown above with brother Zachary, his dad, Todd and Mother Peggie. Coach Grigsby looking on).”
Chase is the current NBL National #4 17-18 Expert and National #1 17-24 Cruiser. His father, Todd Hines, was recently elected to the NBL Board of Directors at Competition Congress. Congrats to Chase and his family!
