SPECIAL EVENT INFORMATION

2011 NBL Memorial National Team Bonus Challenge

Trilogy Park BMX is once again adding some excitement to the 2011 Memorial National on May 28^th (Saturday Only), we are adding to the already impressive team payout with a bonus for the winners of Saturday’s team competition.

The bonuses are as follows: National Team - $800 & Team NBL - $400

Now with the bonus for the 1^st place teams on Saturday and the already bigger team payout from the NBL, the top teams would walk away with a total on Saturday of $1700 & $900 respectfully. So if you are a team manager you might want to add this race to your schedule for 2011.

******Now we also don’t want to leave out the little ones either… Strider Cup is coming to the 2011 Memorial National at Trilogy Park BMX with some added prizes for all the participants. So bring your “no pedal” bikes and your young brother/sister or son/daughter for some fun racing and some cool prizes.

STRIDER RACES

The NBL will be holding a Strider Cup Series at all 2011 NBL Nationals. The NBL Strider Cup will be held during both days of the National. It is $25 for a Strider Membership. The membership will get you one race for free. Additional races will be $20.

Any participating toddler will be eligible to compete at the Strider World Championships in Japan at the end of the year. Bring your Strider PREbike! There will also be Striders on site for demo and purchase.

Strider Race Schedule

1st moto – at the end of round 1

2nd moto – at the end of round 2

Main event – at end of round 3

Podium will be right after the Elite Podium

Practice: Saturday 10:30 – 10:45 am

Friday 6:20 to 6:30 pm

For any two-moto transfer races, the Main event will be right after all the Elite Mains before the amateur mains.

NBL ELITE CLASSIC SATURDAY

The following classes are qualified and will have classes for the Elite Classics. Elites do not need to pay for an NBL membership, but must sign the membership waiver to race.

1. AA Elite Men (age 19+)
2. AA Elite Women (age 17+)
3. A Elite Men (age 17+)
4. Masters (age 30+)

Prize Money

100% payback, minimum $1250.00 AA Elite Men, $1000.00 AA Elite Women and A Elite Men, $750.00 Masters.

Additional rules

1. Each round of Motos the competitors will be scrambled.
2. Starting lane selection order for the Main (Final) will be based on the lowest Moto points earned.

NBL ELITE OPEN SUNDAY

Open format. 100% pay back. No points or year end award.
