This update is for any track who attended 2010 Congress. The update from Congress must be applied before downloading this new update.

Please read the install instructions completely before starting the update process.

Also, for any track using VISTA or Windows 7, you must turn off the User Account Controls in order to install this file.

Any track who did not attend Congress will receive a flash drive that contains the latest update in the mail from the NBL office. You do not need to download this patch.
