Programs
NBL Race Programs
NBL offers a wide range of programs to choose from, including the successful Local Earned Awards Program (LEAP), to encourage the development of local riders. In addition, the NBL offers competitive State, Regional, and National programs to further the development of aspiring riders. The following information provides a reference on how each of the programs functions and will help you educate your new and existing members. The following chart provides an overview of each level.

Local Earned Awards
The LEAP series is based on races at your track only. Local qualified racers can receive LEAP plates and special LEAP hooded sweatshirts, just for racing at your BMX track.
State Series
Each State has a series for riders to earn a State ranking and become qualified to race in the President’s Cup, a state vs. state competition held once a year.
Regional Series
For riders who want to compete against other riders in their respective age and skill classes in any one of four regions of the United States.
National Series
For riders who want to compete against other riders in their respective age and skill class across the country. This is the highest level of racing in the USA.
