I-10 (west from Phoenix or east from California) to Estrella Parkway.  South on Estrella Parkway to MC85.  At the intersection of MC85 & Estrella Parkway continue south.  The city park is located on the west side of Estrella Parkway before you cross over the bridge into Estrella Mountain Ranch.
